This year, 885 hectares of new apple orchards can be planted
In the plantation planting program, 885 hectares of new apple orchards can be planted in Hungary this year, the Minister of Agriculture declared in Nagykálló, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County, on Thursday.

Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county is the citadel of apple growing
Nagy István said at the opening ceremony of the 3rd Autumn Greeting Apple Day in Szabolcs that more than 770 producers from Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county applied for the tender for the renewal of horticultural plants in the rural development program. (MTI)
