Temporary property administrator at the Meat Plant of Gyula

The Court of Gyula appointed a temporary property administrator at the Meat Plant of Gyula – Zámbori Tibor, Vice President of the Court of Gyula informed MTI.

No liquidation procceedings have been ordered at the meat plant yet. Ruck János, Chief Executive Officer told that winding-up proceeding or insolvency proceeding  are the realistic alternatives for the Gyulai Húskombinát Zrt.. He added that the board convened an extraordinary general meeting for 26 October, where the possible alternative scenarios will be revealed. (MTI)
