New year, new products from Syngenta
More than a thousand farmers went to the events in Syngenta’s year-starting roadshow, which visited seven cities. Syngenta’s experts introduced integrated solutions and products to participants. From this year the company offers 4 types of autumn wheat and a hybrid barley to Hungarian farmers. Gabriella Veres spoke about the advantages of high-oleic-acid sunflower: its oil is healthier and the good news is that Hungary can become an important producer, thanks to its climatic conditions and processing industry. 2015 also brings the start of the Syngenta Corn Programme. Beáta Vajda told that this year Syngenta is implementing a new global strategy. Trade processes will become simpler, there will be a bigger emphasis on R&D, a professional consultancy system will be launched and the company’s portfolio will consist of more efficient products
