IATA: air cargo processes need to be renewed
It is necessary to renew the processes of air cargo transportation, as they have not changed in the last 20 years. The digitalisation of the industry has to be started – was said at the the joint conference of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) andthe Budapest Airport ont air cargo transportation held in Budapest on Thursday.
Anca Apahidean, IATA’s Regional Manager, emphasized in her greeting speech that besides digitization, automation of systems, the automation of processing should be started if the sector wants to maintain its competitiveness. (MTI)
