French entrepreneurs are developing vegan eggs with shells
A French vegan brand, Les Merveilloeufs, is working on a plant-based alternative to hen eggs. Its component is that it will consist of legumes – origo wrote after Livekindly.co.
Two French entrepreneurs have developed an egg that looks and tastes like a hen’s egg, but it is not poultry egg but made from leguminous plants.
Two biologists, Philippine Soulères and Sheryline Thavisouk, founded a vegan egg production company, even with its name, Les Merveilloeufs—”merveilleux” translates to “marvelous” and “oeufs” means “eggs.” (Livekindly.co, origo)
