Magazin: Coffee consumption increases above the age of twenty
One quarter of young people drink coffee daily in one form or another and one third of them can be called regular coffee drinkers (sipping a cup of coffee every 2-3 days). According to a representative survey by Ipsos, half of consumers in the 15-25 age group never drink coffee. It is especially true for 15-19 year olds, 65 percent of whom never had a cup before. However, those between the ages of 20 and 25 drink more often than the average, the proportion of coffee consumers being 40 percent in this age group. Half of daily coffee drinkers consume two cups a day. Regular coffee drinking youngsters usually have a cup at home in the morning. Espresso, coffee with milk and cappuccino are the most popular varieties.
