A meat plant in Dunakeszi was closed by NÉBIH
The Pest county food safety authority inspectors seized more than 1.5 tons of dubious origin food in a Dunakeszi “meat shop”. The more than two million food control fine is in progress – told the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) on Friday to MTI.
According to the communication, the “meat shop” operating among serious hygiene deficiencies, can be found in a building of a courtyard. The meat inspectors found the various smoked goods in boxes and crates, salted products were found in discolored souse. All products were unmarked, the origin of raw materials and could not been proved and production logs were not available. (MTI)
