Hunnia – the production does not start again
Liquidation started against Keszthely Hunnia Meat (HH) Ltd. the end of April. According to the company's liquidator the Vectigalis Ltd. there is no sense in re-launching of production in this market situation.
The company did not receive loans from banks and and have not been able to access to governmental aids to prevent jobs, either. The biggest problem is that the company has lost its markets, and the confidence of the suppliers also decreased – stated Varga Jenő, Chief Executive Officer of Verctigalis Ltd. The company's products should have to re-list into trade, which would be a considerable cost. Taking into account the low profitability of meat business – in the current market situation the surpluses could not be extracted of the to restart the production – reports Világgazdaság.
