Bull’s Blood and the Tisza fish soup became Hungariukums
The Hungarikum Committee raised the Bull’s Blood, the Kodaly method, the Hungarian shepherd and hound breeds, as well as the Tisza fish soup into the row of Hungarikums; The Hungarian Depository was expanded with nine additional values – Fazekas Sándor Minister of Agriculture announced the decision on Tuesday after the committee meeting.

The press conference was held in the Castle of Eger with the participation of winemakers, who applauded when Fazekas Sándor announced that the world-renowned red wine, Eger Bull’s Blood (Egri Bikavér) becomes a Hungaricum. (MTI)
