The 2nd Színes Város Budapest (Color City Budapest) arts festival awaits its guests that from 24 August through a month across the city with graffities and colorful cultural programs.

V. Németh Zsolt, Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, responsible for Hungaricums at Wednesday's program announcing press conference emphasized that the festival concept is consistent with the Ministry's vision that the values of the Hungarian culture to be familiarized to the youngsters and to encourage the young artists to convey these values through their own filter, to their contemporaries.
