According to Tóth Péter, Mangalica meat is a curiosity in the premium category in the world food markets, but the volume increase would delete the main attraction; the exclusivity. The Mangalica breeding is a success story of the modern times.
The volume is the main obstacle to a real expansion of the wine market of Tokaji Aszú – said Kiss István, the CEO of the Tokaj Trading House.
