Hotel market: at the regional level, the biggest recovery is expected in Budapest!
The domestic hotel market is multi-legged, so one of the earliest and most dynamic booms in Central and Eastern Europe is expected in Budapest this year, according to the latest hotel market analysis from CBRE, a leading commercial real estate consultant.
Hungary’s statistics on domestic tourism are still outstanding in the regional context, so as a result of the reopening expected for the summer, the launch of Lake Balaton and wine tourism can give a significant boost. The hotel developments planned for 2021, as well as the tourism potential of the 12 new hotels opened last year, can also be exploited.
