C&C Group and Innis & Gunn enter into long-term partnership
C&C Group has started a long-term partnership with Edinburgh-based beer brand Innis & Gunn, for selling and distributing the latter’s award-winning range of beers in the UK and Ireland. C&C buys an 8-percent share in Innis & Gunn. The agreement also includes a long-term incentive scheme, which will give more shares to C&C based on achievement of performance targets.
