The turnover of spa towns doubles during long weekends
The turnover of spa town doubles during long weekends, this time of the year 60 to 70 percent of the accomodation facilities are being reserved – a press release by Sárvár, Bükfürdő and Aquaworld points out.
A hotel, motel or room is reserved for the period of 2-3 days as an average, which is a decrease as compared to the era before the recession: four years ago, the average number of nights spent in a gursthouse or hotel was 4-5 nights. However, similarly to the previous years, spa towns and Balazonshore villages proved to be the most popular this year, too.
