British American Tobacco is expanding in Croatia
One of the biggest companies in Croatia, the Adris Group, on Monday announced that it has sold its subsidiary, the Tobacco Factory Rovinj, TDR, to British American Tobacco (BAT) for 505 million euros.
Adris has planned to sell TDR, the Croatian and regional leader in tobacco products, for some time. The deal with BAT was signed on Saturday at its headquarters in London.
Besides TDR, BAT bought has all companies in Adris Group tobacco sector, which help with tobacco products production and distribution. (MTI)
