Croatian dream: luxury holiday center near the Adriatic

The construction of 13 hotels and 56 luxury villas is expected to be started before the end of the year, in Doli near Dubrovnik, where the luxury circumstances of Monte Carlo, Saint Tropez and Abu Dhabi will be combined on a 5 thousand hectares of land.

According to the newsletter of the Croatian National Tourist Board; the complex, which entitled ”Croatian dream” will be ready until 2015 in the southern Dalmatian municipality located in the Sestrice Gulf. The first implementation phase of the project will be 1.5 billion euros, the total budget is around 5 billion euros – reports piacesprofit.hu.
