Asian cities are on top of the popularity list
Hong Kong has become the most popular city in the world for tourists for the ninth year – CNN described Euromonitor International’s survey.
According to the Top 100 Destination Study, the Asian city has received 26 million visitors in 2016. According to the forecasts it may increase to 44 million visitors by 2025.
The top 10 of 2016:
Hong Kong: 26.55 million visitors
Bangkok: 21.25 million visitors
London: 19.19 million visitors
Singapore: 16.6 million visitors
Macao: 15.39 million visitors
Dubai: 14.9 million visitors
Paris: 14.39 million visitors
New York City: 12.65 million visitors
In Sencsen: 12.57 million visitors
Kuala Lumpur: 12.29 million visitors
