Positive Adamsky (PDKY) continues to operate in a holding structure. The goal of the transformation is that the organizational and professional structure of the company group accurately reflects the operating model developed in recent years and clearly positions the company in the domestic and international markets. As a marketing and communication agency holding company, Positive Adamsky offers integrated, strategic solutions for complex business and communication challenges.

In recent years, the company group has achieved significant growth both in volume and in the number of employees, while the specialist areas have been operating more and more distinctly and with a clean profile. The transformation into a holding organizes this development into a unified framework: Positive Adamsky is now present on the market with five member agencies with a clearly defined professional focus, but at the same time, the integrated form of operation is brought together by a creative strategic approach.

  • PDKY Creative: lead agency with brand and creative strategy focus, with integrated campaigns and complex brand building solutions. The head of the member agency is Ádám Vaszary, its creative director is Vilmos Farkas.
  • PDKY Digital: data-driven, digital, social and performance agency that supports its clients with the design and management of digital ecosystems. The head of the member agency is Gábor Kéri.
  • PDKY PR: PR agency specialized in corporate, brand and reputation management, with strategic communication consulting, influencer marketing and press management services. The head of the member agency is Andrea Nagy.
  • Positive Health & Care (PHC): industry-specific agency with marketing communication activities built for companies operating with a focus on the health industry and life science. The managing director of the member agency is Krisztina Horváth.
  • reel8 AI & Digital Production House – the new digital and AI production unit of the holding, which treats video and audiovisual content not as a production task, but as a strategic tool, with a special emphasis on social-first, AI-based and scalable content solutions. The head of the member agency is Péter Szántó.
