French company En-K de Caviar offers ‘A little luxury for every moment’. They sell a slick, original tin containing 15 grams of sturgeon caviar. It comes with a special caviar spoon, and its sliding lid opens to reveal an exquisite arrangement of grains of caviar. The whole thing costs USD 35 and the manufacturers’ main target with this product is hotels, nightclubs and casinos. Other developments in the world of caviar include pressed sturgeon caviar in cubes. It has really intense flavour and is often used in bars as edible decoration for cocktails. Petrossian’s dried caviar with its unique mill design can be used to sprinkle beads or to grind the pearls. Its shelf life is six months and the 28-gram product comes at USD 88.
