How to avoid overtime under the Home Office
Working hours have increased since the beginning of the crisis. This means that in such a difficult period, we can easily take longer working hours from home.
The situation can be even more complicated for parents who are currently at home with their children, as they are more likely to work in the evening to catch up.
Unfortunately, overtime has a negative impact on mental health and the stress that comes with it can also weaken the immune system, which is one of the last things we want during a pandemic.
