In its latest compilation, Körkörös.hu provides several tips on how to reduce the intake of plastics into our bodies. Since, according to international research, the compounds and microplastics released from plastics enter our bodies mainly through food, there is no question that we can stop them primarily in the kitchen. But how?

The solution to the problem lies primarily in the hands of decision-makers, humanity needs sustainable practices and policies to support them as soon as possible. But what can the average person do in their everyday lives? Perhaps more than we think.
Let’s start avoiding microplastic pollution in the kitchen!
