How to disinfect eggs during the pandemic
As Easter approaches, many may wonder whether the consumption of ham and eggs poses a greater risk of infection due to the coronavirus epidemic – agrarszektor.hu wrote.
Although these foods are not fundamentally a particular threat to the spread of the virus, precaution does not hurt – the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) informed Agrarszektor.hu. It has been added that vinegar, hypo-disinfection is often heard in connection with the cleaning of eggs, but these methods require great care and are not necessarily necessary if the eggs are to be heat-treated later.
