Vatera and TeszVesz officially merged
Acccording to the statement of the company; The two companies will continue their activities under the name: allegroup.hu Ltd. and also issues invoices under this name.
We did not have to wait long for the news: the Vatera.hu Ltd. And the TeszVesz.hu Auction Ltd. are now officially merged. The two companies notified the users in a newsletter, that the auction sites, from the 1st of November 2010, will operate within one legal personality – reports Világgazdaság Online.
