Authentic flavours
Croatians have been living in Kópháza since the 15th century. Levanda was opened two years ago with the intention of making it the cultural and gastronomic centre for Croatians living nearby – says János Pinezits, manager of Levanda Restaurant. They have 25 Croatian dishes on their menu, representing the cuisine of the Zagreb, Slavonian and Dalmatian regions.
