Morning minuses, early darkness, rainy weather. Our body also actively reacts to the cold, we have a greater need for many vitamins and minerals, which we must supplement to prevent the development of various deficiency diseases. Brigitta Bakk, Rama’s dietitian, helped to collect the most important tips in this regard, so that we can eat exciting and varied foods even when supplementing vitamins.
During the winter, the number of hours spent in nature decreases, but we do not reduce the amount of food we eat per day, in fact, because of the cold, we want even more substantial meals. Breakfast and dinner are typically eaten at home, either in front of the television or while reading, so the balance between the amount of calories consumed and consumed can easily be upset, especially during the holiday season. In addition, during the whole day’s work, especially if we do it at home, our muscles can easily become stiff and stiff. You can do simple exercises in the living room or bedroom, even half an hour of yoga and stretching is enough.
