Hungarian strawberries are available from the end of the week
Smaller quantities of Hungarian strawberries are already on the market, which differs in appearance and taste from import strawberries – the National Agricultural Chamber (NAK) told MTI on Wednesday.
According to NAK’s announcement, the April Spring has accelerated the growth of plants. In Hungary, according to production data, in an area of about 800 hectares, 8-10 thousand tons of strawberries are grown on an annual basis depending on the weather conditions. (MTI)
