Brazilian sugar is available from Monday
The import sugar cane from Brazil is available in the shops from Monday. It has the same quality as sugar, made of sugar beet. The imported sugar will be processed in the factory of the Magyar Cukor Zrt. in Kaposvár – told Szeles Zoltán, operating manager of the Kaposvár factory on Friday to MTI.
The sugar cane imports were necessary, because the Hungarian production is significantly decreased in recent years and until the Autumn harvest the quantity would not be enought to serve the customers – explained Szeles Zoltán. As he said this is an economically, “zero business” because the company's goal is to maintain and sustain the market – reports MTI.
