HENT: most of the consumers continue to trust pharmacies
The vast majority of customers remain confident in pharmacies, and the risk of counterfeiting is the most frequent objection to online ordering – according to a report of the National Anti-Counterfeiting Body (HENT) and the National Institute for Pharmacy and Food (OGIÉI).
According to a survey conducted by HENT in May, 95 percent of consumers buy medicines in pharmacies, over 10 percent of them from unauthorized websites and via acquaintances and relatives, and 6 percent of the people on the Internet. (MTI)
