Henkel shares in Dow Jones
The Henkel preferred shares have been added today to the Dow Jones Titans 30 Personal & Household Goods index, relevant for international investors.
The index weight amounts to 1.08 percent. This makes Henkel one of the 30
most important Personal & Household Goods companies worldwide.
In addition, prior to market opening today, the quotation of the Henkel
ordinary and preferred shares has been changed. Henkel operates in three
business areas — Home Care, Personal Care, and Adhesives Technologies — and
ranks among the Fortune Global 500 companies. In fiscal 2006, Henkel generated
sales of 12.740 billion euros and operating profit of 1,298 million euros.
