Acquisition by Henkel
Henkel has taken over the Glues and Electronic Materials division form Akzo Nobel. These two divisions generated revenues of GBP 1.25 billion in 2007. The revenues of Henkel Adhesives Technologies will grow to EUR 7.5 billion.
