Room at the top!

From year to year the bartender competition is one of the most exciting and most spectacular events at Hoventa. This year Monin will be the main sponsor of the competition: to celebrate the 100th birthday of Monin syrups, the French parent company organises the first Monin Cup 2011 Bartending European Championship – the final of which will take place on top of the Eiffel Tower on 12 December 2011! Gábor Szabó, Horeca manager of MONIN’s distributor Panna Cocktail Kft. told our magazine that contestants will have to use Monin syrups in the competition and about 30-40 bartenders will compete.
