The representatives of the grape and wine sector suggest sector-specific solutions and self-regulation
The Commission proposes that every alcoholic beverage label should indicate its caloric content and warn young people about the dangers of drinking and drunk driving.
The four largest European lobbying organizations (CEEV, Copa-Cogeca, CEVI, EFOW) have formulated a common position in a letter that was sent to the European Parliament’s working group on Wine, Spirits and Quality Foods. The National Council of Mountain Communities (HNT) has also joined the professional association.
