In Hungary, there are still a high proportion of those who do not have capital
While inWestern Europe and the in the U.S.A. the proportion of investors, has been increased, in Central and in Eastern Europe many people do not have any investment. In Hungary the rate is 72 percent.
According to Wall Street Journal Europe's recent Investment Barometer survey; the 91 percent of Western Europeans and the 84 percent of Central and Eastern Europeans and the 81 percent of the people of the United States prefer low-risk investments.
The proportion of risk-loving investors is the highest in Sweden and in the United States, with 16 percent. In Hungary – similarly to Western Europe – 91 percent prefers safer investments, and only 8 percent are choosing the riskier forms of investments.
In the U.S.A. 36 percent believe that in the next 12 months they will save more, 37 percent believes in less savings. In Western Europe every second respondent believes that less will be saved in the next 12 months. Eastern Europeans are still more pessimistic; the rate is 66 percent, while in Hungary it is 82 percent – states Gfk. Hungária.
