Mobile Wallet can be launched in Hungary in 2013

A cell phone, like a Swiss penknife can be used for many things and it can be even used to make phone calls. Alarms, takes photos and maybe next year tickets, season ticket, credit cards will move into the phones. The Hungarian Mobile Wallet Association is working on this vision with expanding membership, education, incentiving to the better utilization of the NFC technology.

The Hungarian Mobile Wallet Association presented  their ideas on th 12^th of June 2010 at a highly successful conference. In his presentation, Pukler Gábor, the President of the Association emphasized that the Hungarian mobile NFC ecosystem can be built out with only cooperation, where the competing mobile operators, banks, mobile device manufacturers, application developers, service providers will create the framework and the standards together.
