Only a few people change their workplaces in Hungary so far, so the ratio of job seekers abroad is also small – according to the datas of the Hay Group. Migration may strenghten after 2016 in Hungary.

The management consulting firm in its communication sent to MTI on Thursday states that the often mentioned possibility of working abroad does not yet affect the majority of the workers of the Large Hungarian companies. Fluctuation declined to 12 percent in 2012, from the 13 percent of 2011, of which the voluntary departure is less than 6 percent.
