Official investigation against Kraft

The British authorities will investigate the monitoring of the of Kraft's statements, in relation with the Somerdale factory of Cadbury.

The competent authority would like to find out, whether Kraft misled the public, when the company spoke before the purchase of Cadbury, that they will not close the factory of Somerdale. Cadbury previously decided to close the plant, Kraft, however, stated  that if the company will buy the UK Confectionery, they will continue to operate the factory.
However, Kraft closed the plant located near Bristol – reports Világgazdaság Online, after BBC News.
