Six-language wine dictionary published
Six-language grape and wine dictionary has been published by the Mezőgazda Kiadó.
The publications contains more than five thousand word articles in Hungarian, English, French, German, Italian and Russian languages. The dictionary is arranged in the terms of the Hungarian alphabet and contains different fields of viticulture and oenology – including grape plant biology, morphology, biochemistry, production techniques, equipments, methods of cultivation, wine making technology, chemistry and microbiology. Latin names of grape diseases and pests also included – reports MTI.
