From the 27th of September 2010 it is possible to produce pálinka tax-free at home.
On the basis of the datas of the tax authority and from the amount of the illegal homemade pálinka, found by the authority, the Adó Online (Tax Online) draws the conclusion that a significant part of the homemade pálinkas appeared on the market.
