Roughly three times more people have already booked a Christmas trip this year than a year before. 99 percent of the bookings are for domestic destinations, the Szallas.hu portal told MTI.

According to them, the uncertainty seems to be on New Year’s Eve, but those who want to travel for Christmas are bolder than last year. The rate of last-minute bookings will be high if restrictions do not hinder travel, they wrote. (MTI)
