Three hundred doses of hungarikum sheep stew at the grey cattle festival in Badacsony
Three hundred doses of Karcagi sheep stew will be prepared at the 10th Grey Cattle Festival on Friday, in Badacsony. The Karcagi sheep became a Hungarikum not long ago. The festival lasts until Sunday with gastronomic and entertainment programmes.
The Badacsonyi Pinot Gris and the Hungarian Grey Cattle Feast will start on Thursday with the fair of the Pinot Gris Court and with the fair of artisans. At the evening a street party will start – the organizers told. On Friday, in honor of the Karcagi sheep stew guests will arrive from Karcag who will produce about 300 doses. At 5 pm a professional presentation will be held over the Racka sheep. (MTI)
