Until the end of 2023, the Government has extended the deadline for the fine-free survival of illegal wells, which expires on 31 December 2020. The National Chamber of Agriculture recommends a simple and cost-effective procedure for legalizing unlicensed wells.
In order to safely draw on rural development funds, the National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) initiated an amendment to the law back in 2016, according to which illegally constructed wells could be licensed to the competent water authorities without any fines.
