Thirty-organic wines were competing at the national muster in the Hortobágy
Thirty-organic wines of nine wine regions were competing at the eighth edition of the National Organic Wine Competition in the Hortobágy – Kerekes Sándor, spokesman of the competition told MTI on Thursday.
As Kaló Imre the chairman of the technical committee wrote, the organic wines started to develop and more and more producers see fantasy in the product that gives only a few percent of the domestic consumption.
Hungary’s one and only National Organic Wine Competition in the Hortobágy, because it houses the largest contiguous, about 20 hectares of organic cultivation area. (MTI)
