Even the name of the Polish restaurant operating near the South Railway Station in the 70s has been forgotten, but it was deeply etched in the minds of many that the big attraction of the place was a few suspended saddles (or saddle-shaped seats?) that replaced the bar stools next to the counter. The guests loved it!
