Ideal temperature for beers
Now it is official: The heat wave has arrived. The Beer Association expects an increase in beer consumption, due to the warm and the Football European Championships. In addition to the amount, we need to pay attention to quality as well. It is important how we store and how we consume our favorite beers. The Beer Association’s leaflet helps you in orientation.
Lagers should be consumed on 6-7⁰C where the pleasant bitterness and a refreshing bubbles are decisive. Richer scents, such as wheat beers or a pilsner type beers are recommended to be consumed on 7-9⁰C. We get to know the English type beers, half-light and light brown beers, Ales, Bitters on 8-10⁰C.
