The financial inspectors of the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) found products with fake branding and more than ten thousand electronic cigarettes in a truck near Gyula.
In a statement sent to MTI on Wednesday, the agency wrote that the truck bound for Germany was diverted from the highway near Békés county. According to the presented papers, the vehicle left Greece with various collectibles.
In the beginning, the uniformed officers only opened a few boxes at random, from which the fake products were found more and more. NAV’s cigarette detection dog sniffed out more than ten thousand electronic cigarettes in the truck.
