Non-state laboratories will soon have to report on their annual activities
Non-state laboratories are obliged to prepare a summary report of all their tests – authorized by Nébih – carried out during the given calendar year. Laboratories must submit the report to the office by January 31 following the current year.

The data service can also be downloaded from the Nébih website “2. s. annex on the data content of the annual report” must be done with the help of an excel document, the declaration on the activities of 2023 must be submitted by January 31, 2024 by all non-state, but food, feed, animal health, phytosanitary, participating in the food chain , a laboratory performing pesticide residue and soil protection tests.
The annual report must include, among other things, the number and results of the tests performed
In the case of laboratories performing animal health tests, the pathogens covered by exemption programs are an exception. The relevant negative test results are sent to Nébih by the 15th of each month in a monthly breakdown.
