The Fish Festival in Budapest debuts with fish-flavored candy-floss
The visitors of the festival can meet products from fish-flavored candy-floss through African catfish slami, to Russian fish soup withvodka. The Fish Festival in Budapest will await its guests between 15 – 17 February, at the Erzsébet square, Budapest.
The festival will not focus on single species, but trying to present the whole range of fish in Hungary. In addition, the guests of the free festival can learn about the specialties of the Vietnamese, Thai and Japanese fish culture as well as the cooking techniques of seafood – Necz István main organizer told at a press conference on Wednesday.
