Fish and Wine at the Riverbank: mini festival begins at the Római coast
Fish foods and the best wines of the country will be the stars of the mini-festival called Fish and Wine at the Riverbank (Hal és Bor a Parton), which will be held at the Római coast between 23 and 26 August – the organizers told MTI on Wednesday.
The programs will contain fish soup cooking, stew pot catfish, catfish and pike-perch, fried fish, and a number of epicureanism. For the four-days of the free festival Hungary's best wineries will also move to the riverbank of the Danube to offer the country's best wines that are fitting to the fish dishes.
Detailed program and information on the site can be found at the festival's website – www.halesbor.hu. (MTI)
