Unilever is buying up a hair care products manufacturer for 3.7 billion USD
Unilever PLC, announced an agreement over the purchasing of the hair-care products manufacturer Albert Culver Co.
Unilever would buy Alberto for 3.7 billion USD, 37.5 USD per share. The purchase is still awaiting approval, while the management of both companies agree to the merger. Unilever shares increased by 2.1 percent in London.
In the 12 months ended on the 30th of June, revenue of Alberto Culver was around 1.6 billion USD – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
