Traditional foods have to be produced with the most modern technology
Hungary insists on traditional foods, but these foods have to be produced with the latest technologies – Fazekas Sándor Minister of Agriculture said on Saturday in Berlin at the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA).
Fazekas Sándor emphasized at the Agriculture Ministers’ Summit: Hungary is trying to accelerate agricultural agitation as production can be more economically competitive.
At the same time, Hungary continues to advocate healthy, natural, high-quality agriculture, above all genetic engineering (GMO) food, and rejects the solutions that “many people are trying to spread in silence,” including artificial meat production or insect protein for human use – the minister said.
